Accident Claims Business

I have increased the profit of an accident claims business by over ten fold within 3 months by implementing 3 simple systems.

1. I introduced a referral system where each of the existing clients were approached and asked to refer people they knew to the company for a small referral fee.

2. I created and systematised a Associate Program which allows individuals to earn revenue for referring customers.

3. I created Joint Venture opportunities with businesses that come into contact with clients before, during and after the requirements of our services.

From a small turn over of just £7,000 a month it has now increased to over £100,000 a month.

These are just a few of the systems implemented.

All this was done in less than 3 months.

The work with this company is now ongoing and our target is to reach £250,000 a month of volume.
